The State Society of Mayflower Descendants in Hawaii is a diverse group of individuals bound together by having a proven ancestor that was one of the 51 Mayflower passengers with known descendants.

The Hawaii Member Society was originally chartered in 1951 as a colony of California. The group grew to 44 members and on August 30, 1958, nearly a year before Hawaii became a state, “The State Society of Mayflower Descendants in Hawaii” was chartered. We now have almost 75 members and junior members. We, along with the General Society of Mayflower Descendants and numerous other state societies, wish to promote the memory of our Mayflower ancestors, defend civil and religious liberty, preserve items and places with Mayflower association, and record the ancestry of the Mayflower passengers along with the genealogy of their descendants.

If you are not a member but would like to find out if you are one of the approximate 35 million descendants of passengers on the Mayflower, click on “Join Us” above to get started. Mahalo a nui a pōmaikaʻi hoʻi i kāu huli moʻokūʻauhau no KOU kupuna Mayflower! Thank you very much and good luck in your genealogical search for YOUR Mayflower ancestor!
